Keyboard Shortcuts

Press ? anywhere in the app to open the keyboard shortcuts help modal.

Global

⌘F	Focus search / filter input
Esc	Close modal / deselect all / blur input

Library / Grid

Shortcut	Action
↑ ↓ ← →	Navigate selection through the grid
⌘A	Select all visible clips
Space	Quick preview selected clip
Enter	Open full detail modal
T	Focus tag input for selected clip(s)
Backspace	Remove tag from selection
⌘⇧R	Send selected clips to DaVinci Resolve

Video Player

These shortcuts are active when the detail modal is open:

Space	Play / Pause
K	Pause
J	Decrease playback speed
L	Increase playback speed
←	Skip back 5 seconds
→	Skip forward 5 seconds
Esc	Close modal

Search Bar

These shortcuts are active when the search / tag input is focused:

↓	Highlight next suggestion
↑	Highlight previous suggestion
Enter	Select highlighted suggestion
Esc	Close suggestions dropdown
Tab	Close suggestions dropdown
Backspace	Remove last tag (when input is empty)

TIP

Keyboard shortcuts are disabled while you're typing in a text input (except Esc which always works). This prevents accidental actions when entering tag names or search queries.
